Y’all keep telling us to send our issues to this email just for y’all not to respond. Responding with an automated message is not a response. I’ve been emailing y’all for the last two weeks trying to get this issue resolved. Y’all are marking my payments as complete but yet I still don’t have a payment link sent to my email. Don’t come telling me to check my spam/promotions folder because I done checked that over 1,000 times. How hard is it for y’all to confirm that y’all have the correct information on file.? Clearly, the information that’s y’all have on file is incorrect and needs to be changed before y’all continue to clear out anymore payments. Still haven’t even received my payout from October but yet it says complete in the app. How did y’all even know what email to send the link to because I never signed up using my email, I signed up using my phone number
I have been emailing your service team. I’ve sent several emails over the course of a week with no response in return. Each time I contact the in- app support, I am told to send an email. In which, I comply. What is the issue? Why is there no response ? Why is it that I am no longer being credited for the data that is being recorded from your platform ? Who do I need to contact ? Because the information I agreed to when signing on to this platform form was payment in exchange for MY data, voice and conversation. Your company is breeching the signed agreement at this point in time for this matter. Please contact me so that we can have this matter resolved. Thank you!
I got my reward cancelled, I try to contact the customer support but got no reply for weeks now ,it will be best I send a message to tech crunch team to look into this neon

I never received my payout or a email from who ever I’m just know checking all my emails or iCloud and don’t see anything from Neon
